Result data is
live - straight off the system -- as soon as a result is validated,
it is visible via Webstro. requests that have been registered but not
completed are also shown, but with Results blanked out and a warning
displayed.
Who's results
can I see? Webstro can operate with different levels of patient
access.
- The base level
"Requestor" access allows an individual Doctor to see any
result he/she has requested.
- The next level
"Group" access, allows a "group of Doctors" to
have access to results from each other (for use in Clinics).
- "Hospital"
level access allows hospital staff to view Hospital In-patients.
How do I use
Webstro?
Once you have successfully
logged onto the system, you can search for results by Doctor or by Patient
details. If a Doctor name known to the Laboratory/ Radiology Department
etc.is entered, a list of results for all PATIENTS belonging to this
Doctor is displayed. Click here to view Log On
screen.
Similarly, a part
of a patient name can be entered to display a pick-list, or if known
a unique recognition number for the patient can be entered. Once the
patient has been selected, a list of all tests for the patient is displayed.
Click here to see Patient List screen, Result
Display & Graphing Tools.
